Halton Haven Hospice, which has been located at its site since 1981, provides specialist palliative care to people from Halton and the surrounding areas who are living with terminal conditions.
The specialist palliative care they provide, focuses on supporting patients physically, psychologically, and emotionally to enable them to carry on living the lives they want to live, for as long as possible.
The Hospice includes a 12-bed In-Patient Unit (IPU) for palliative and end-of-life care, and a Day Hospice Clinic delivering support, treatment, assessment, rehabilitation, and therapy for people living with a life-limiting diagnosis.
